Delivery time

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days business days for most customers. There may be some cases where transit time can take up to 8 business days for rural areas.

Tax and duties

Tax and duties are included within the standard of OSS where you will pay your local tax rate for your country directly in our shop. No extra costs are added after you have paid in our web shop.

Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive tracking information. For any changes or corrections, please contact the carrier directly. The contact information will be stated in your confirmation email.

The delivery will be to your entrance door / address stated in the order. Please note that the NÜOBELL 232 comes in 3 boxes in total while the NÜOBELL 220/550/580 comes in 2 boxes.

Returns and refunds

There is no “Cooling-Off” period in the U.S. for your online purchase (FCC). Product Returns will incur a 20% restock fee per item due to the heavy weight surcharges of carriers, which will be deducted from the refund.

NÜO Athletic Innovation Inc accepts returns of eligible merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt of delivery; and
  • You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from NÜO before shipping the product to us; and
  • Products returned without a RMA number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded; and
  • Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 10 days after we email you the RMA number and shipping label; and
  • NÜOBELL® box must be returned in the original packaging; and
  • NÜOBELL® product must be in original new and sellable condition.

Refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions of our Return & Refund Policy, and do not include shipping and handling fees from the original order, if applicable.Once the merchandise is received, our returns team will inspect the returned product and verify acceptance. If accepted, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

IMPORTANT: NÜOBELL® Product Warranty is non-transferable and ONLY apply to the original purchaser of the product from an authorized NÜOBELL® dealer. 

Product purchased from 3rd Party Sellers or Auction Sites [i.e. Craigslist, eBay, Amazon (not including NÜOBELL® Official Amazon Account), etc.] or non-authorized NÜOBELL® dealer will not be honored and considered void per NÜOBELL®Warranty Policy.

Unclaimed packages

Not retrieved goods are returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping and all handling fees.
