I dropped one barbell and broke the handle. The replacement was shipped the next day and easy to replace.
Really super handy, very easy to use. I just have 32 dumbbells standing in a small corner 😉 When the dumbbells arrived, I didn't quite understand something, but Nüo helper me very well. Super service. I am very happy with it.

Starting up the home gym and trying to optimize space so my wife and I purchased these and absolutely love them. Sleek design, mechanics make it extremely easy to set up and use and durable! Would highly recommend the investment versus an entire rack!

Order taking, processing, and delivery were excellent (5-stars) but I'm flicking one star away because I'm disappointed that the inherent design flaw that makes these replacement handles such a necessity has not been corrected. It's quite an expensive item to replace, especially knowing that the new handle will ultimately fail, too, due to the plastic-on-metal internal grinding that occurs whenever a new weight is selected.
The Nuobell handles are an excellent product with outstanding build quality, feeling solid, secure, and comfortable to use during every workout. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and makes changing weights fast and effortless, which keeps my workouts efficient.
