Assemblage
You’ll receive an assembly manual with a step-by-step guide. To assemble the dumbbells takes about 5 minutes.
Deliveries
We have our big warehouse in the heart and center of European Union, Czech Republic. This way we can ship to almost all countries within the European Union within 3–5 business days. For some countries like Ireland, Spain, Greece, Sweden and Finland the delivery time can be up to 8 business days.
Rates
Our prices are in your local currency. Small differences from your bank’s current exchange rate may occur, and we disclaim any responsibility for the amount shown in Euro (€) on your receipt If it does not match the actual amount you pay.
Warranties and complaints
We offer 2 year product warranty and right to complain regarding production errors. We only process complaints if you have a valid receipt of your purchase. You issue a complaint by informing us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. You must also explain why you think the product is defect. The warranty does not cover periodic inspections, maintenance, repair, replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear and damage caused to the product through improper use or handling.
Return policy
Your right of regret is valid for 14 days. To exercise your right, you must give us notice hereof, in your notice you must state that you regret your purchase. Your notice is preferably given to us via e-mail to [email protected]. The period, within which you have the right to exercise you right of regret, commences the day you receive your order, or a substantial part of it. To exercise your right to regret, you must maintain the goods in as good condition as we delivered it to you. This implies that the product must be packed in its original wrapping and unused. You may of course examine the product as long as you’re careful. If a product is damaged or lost because of negligence, you lose your right to regret.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product(s) is defect. Return cost is 60 Euro and will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be sent to us via mail or packages, not by C.O.D. (Cash on delivery). For exchanges we will pay the new shipment from us to you. When you exercise your right you should send the product back to us. If you exercised your right of cancellation we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.

Unclaimed packages
Not retrieved goods are returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping and all handling fees.

Deliveries
NUO Fulfillment Centers are strategically located in Tennessee and Utah to ensure rapid deliveries within 3-5 days for 95% of customer orders. There may be some cases where transit time can take up to 7 business days for rural areas.
Shipping is Free for Orders delivered within the 48 Contiguous States (US). No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or American Samoa.
Warranty
We're proud to stand behind NÜOBELL with a comprehensive 2-year product warranty. If your NÜOBELL develops an issue we can trace back to a manufacturing defect, we'll happily replace or repair it.
An original, valid purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. Refer to your product manual for more warranty coverage information.
Shipping and handling for warranty replacements or repairs are to be paid by the customer, excluding servicing of manufacture-defect claims.

Return & Refund policy
As a courtesy to online customers, we allow a 3-day “cooling-off” period for the return of unused merchandise. The cooling-off period starts on the day the order is delivered. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products.
This policy applies to NÜOBELL® Dumbbells and Stands purchased direct from https://nuoathletics.com/.
If you purchased NÜOBELL® Dumbbells from a retail store, please refer to the store return policy.
NÜO Athletic Innovation, Inc accepts returns of eligible merchandise only under the following conditions:
- You must receive a RMA number from NÜO before shipping the product to us; and
- Products returned without a RMA number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded; and
- The merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt of delivery; and
- Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 10 days after we email you the RMA number and shipping label; and
- NÜOBELL® box must be returned in the original packaging; and
- NÜOBELL® product must be in original new and sellable condition.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees from the original order, if applicable. NÜO will retain a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price of the returned product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund - less restocking fee - will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Unclaimed packages
Packages not claimed within 10 days of delivery will be considered “abandoned” and returned to our fulfillment center. In these rare cases, we reserve the right to charge you the Return & Restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price of the abandoned product.
